On January 6, 2025, the Institution Innovation Council (IIC), in collaboration with the Chengalpattu District Entrepreneurship & Development Cell (EDC) and the Entrepreneurship Development and Innovation Institute (EDTNII), organized an Awareness Program on Entrepreneurship and MSME Schemes at the Sri Sairam Incubation Center – Seminar Hall,Sri Sairam Institutions ,Chennai.

The event aimed to educate aspiring entrepreneurs about government schemes and resources available for Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) and to inspire innovation-driven business development.

Inaugural Address:
The program was inaugurated by Mr. A. Muthuvel, Senior R&D Executive, Sri Sairam Techno Incubator Foundation. In his keynote address, he emphasized the vital role of entrepreneurship and innovation in driving economic growth. He encouraged attendees to explore the extensive support offered by government schemes to kickstart and scale their ventures.

The Institution Innovation Council (IIC) is thrilled to announce the 1st Quarter IIC Event (2024–25): a workshop designed to inspire and empower aspiring entrepreneurs.

On 26th December,10 am – 1pm,@Sri Sairam Incubator Center  . This workshop is designed to inspire students, innovators, and aspiring entrepreneurs to consider entrepreneurship and innovation as a rewarding career path. Participants will gain valuable insights into entrepreneurial thinking, strategies for fostering innovation, and how to navigate the challenges of starting and sustaining a business in today’s competitive world.

The session will provide practical advice, actionable strategies, and real-world examples to help attendees understand the potential of innovation-driven careers.
